I personally believe that doesn't mean it's Valentine, you HAVE TO go on a date with someone. Some people, not over their exs, still ask around to go on a date JUST because its Valentines Day. I know, who am I to say this, but lagipun kita islam, tak boleh celebrate Valentine's.
No, i'm not being in denial. I'm just irritated by the fact that there were a few guys who asked me to be their Valentine when THEY KNOW THAT I KNOW that they're not over their ex. I won't name who they are. I mean, I personally take dating seriously. It's not a one time thing. What's the use of going out with a random girl when your mind's with your ex-girlfriend? Come on lah, stick it up your ******* and get it over with. You KNOW she ain't comin back. You KNOW she's SO over you. You KNOW she has a boyfriend.
And here you are alone, mourning about the heartbreak she gave you.
I prefer to celebrate Valentine's with my friends. Yes, we call it our Friendship Day. It's a day that we get crazy and do all sorts of stupid random stuffs. And that's what that makes it so fun. We're spontaneous and walking without directions. Telling jokes along the way. Making stupid comments, laughing at people etc.
The most fun outings are always the unplanned ones. I guess my friends are always the best when it comes to this kind of unplanned/last minute outings. Best part is, all of us are crazy. We laugh a whole lot, we talked, we joked, we take pictures etc. I had an awesome weekend. Come ask me why.
*wink* (:
