* Family

I came home today only to have my favourite sushi in the fridge accompanied by banana soy milk from mr bean. I was estatic. My brother decided to buy me something nice all of a sudden. He said it was for me. Sweet pe abang aku? He never does this okay! Maybe he found some money. Or he's in a good mood? Whatever it is, he made me happy. Finally, after so long.

So i've been using Dettol Body Soap for a very long time. Never changed, not even once. I mean, we'll buy different2 dettols everytime. Like the icy cool one or the normal one etc. Then just now, there was no dettol. It was replaced by a cute baby blue bottle of Johnson's Baby Bath bottle. So I just used it, wondering just a little why my mum bought this.

I came out and asked her straight away...

Me: Asal ibu tak beli dettol? Kenape bel...(was interrupted by ibu)
Ibu: Sini.
Me: Ape? (I thought she found out something, takot nyah!)
Ibu: *A 5 second silence* Bila kau baby, macam gini la kau bau. Cepat kau dah besar eh.
Me: Oh, ingatkan ape je!

I entered my room without looking back. I thought it was so funny of her to do such a thing. But I know she realized that her children are growing up and gonna leave her soon. As in, independant already. I think she's reaching the end of her menopause stage (I SERIOUSLY HOPE SO). It saddens me lah but what can I do, sometimes she just gets on my nerves! On everyone's nerves in fact. But I still love her.

I love my family.
